Beth Ann Morhardt
Beth Ann Morhardt has over twenty years of experience working with, and on behalf of, child and adult survivors of domestic violence. As her career evolved from direct service into management, program coordination, consultation and faculty with the Safe & Together Institute, child safety and wellbeing remained a priority in her work.
In 2011, Beth Ann was formally trained in the Safe & Together™ Model when she began her tenure as a Domestic Violence Consultant for Child Protection in Connecticut. Beth Ann believes that empowerment is the key to all the work that she has done. As a trainer, Beth Ann understands that everyone has unique needs and skills that create a more fertile ground for learning and implementing new information and skills. When workers and managers develop empowered ways of working with families, through the skills and tools found within the Safe & Together Model, they work with those families more effectively toward ensuring safety and wellbeing for children.
