The Supervisors & Managers Training Bundle
This bundle equips supervisors to apply the Safe & Together Model in day-to-day supervision, using a coaching framework to strengthen worker skills, safety, and decision-making. Participants learn to assess and develop domestic abuse–informed practice across assessment, documentation, case planning, and guidance, while better supporting worker emotional and physical safety to improve family outcomes.
